The gardeners need praising because they do a great job in all weathers. We have had a bout of very cold weather, yet they are still out there working hard. They do a great job and are a credit to Centro. I sometimes say hello to them and they always say hello back. If they see us coming along they always stop and make sure we pass safely before continuing. I have lived at the property for over 20 years and I think Centro is a good freeholder. The cleaners do a great job too, and they also say hello, but I wanted to praise the gardeners especially because I know what it is like to work in the cold.
I would like to commend the team who completed the decoration. The weather was absolutely lousy when the decoration was being completed but the team did the job without making a mess and without a drop in quality (quite an achievement considering the weather).

I would like to thank you very much for the new sign and the repair to the light. The sign looks very good. The painting to the flats makes such a massive improvement to the appearance and I believe the work has been done to a high standard. Once again thank you for all your hard work.
Following a very wet and windy weekend the gardeners arrived Monday morning for their fortnightly visit. We just wanted to tell you what a fantastic job they did of clearing all the wet leaves from the grass and concrete areas of Sandown Court, which as you know is not a small area. The difference once they had finished was amazing and we would like you to pass our comments onto the men to say how much we as owners do appreciate it. It is always easy for us/people to criticise, but we are not always quick to praise. So, thank you again to our gardeners.
