Pro-active property care

Our in-house maintenance team Centro Services, will take care of all the day to day cleaning and gardening, ensuring your property is always well presented.

Our team will visit your property regularly to check on its condition. Prevention is always better than cure, for the convenience of residents and often cost of works.

We will recommend any required repairs or maintenance and arrange and supervise any works carried out. We will also manage any regular contracts, such as lift maintenance and fire safety measures and door entry systems – ensuring cost effective delivery of service.

We manage properties as if they are our own - with care, attention to detail and vigilance. We ensure value for money on any works carried out and provide complete transparency on expenditure.

We are regulated by the RICS and for your protection, all your monies are managed through a dedicated client account.  Transactions are recorded, in detail, reconciled against your bank statements and a full set of accounts will be ready for your accountant at the end of your financial year. It is a true end-to-end service.

Our commitment to transparency means we aim for your accounts to be impeccable. They are also available at any time for inspection. Simply call or visit us at our central Sutton offices.
